This device allows you to select the operating mode (extraction or filter) depending on the installation.
When it is first switched on the display shows the active mode for about one minute.
Filter: the display shows the letter C and buttons B and D flash fast.
Extraction: the display shows the letter C and buttons B and D are off.
During this phase, you can change modes by simultaneously pressing buttons B and D.
A beep confirms the change of program.
Once the time available ends the program exits this mode and goes into st.by or by pressing button C motor on/off.
To invoke the selection of the operating mode disconnect and reconnect the power to the device.
Note: in the filter mode when the device is turned off the filtration remains on for 20 minutes at minimum speed to allow the
evaporation of the condensation formed during the cooking phases.
A: Timer button: upon contact with the button, whatever the speed of suction selected, the timer function will be activated. At the
first touch, the timer duration will be 5 minutes (indicated by a single flash of the button), the second touch 10 minutes (double flash)
and the third touch 20 minutes (triple flash). The flashing of the timer button will continue for the duration of the function. A fourth
press of the button will deactivate the timer function.
B: Button to increase speed (power) of suction: upon contact with the button the suction speed of the hood will increase.
C: Motor on/off button: upon contact, the button starts the motor if it is on it causes it to shutdown. Using buttons "B" and "D" it is
possible to vary the speed (power) of suction. In the suction mode, the 5th and 6th are timed. For the version with a 4-speed motor
(serial), only the 4th speed is timed.
D: Button to decrease speed (power) of suction: upon contact with the button the suction speed of the hood will decrease.
Filter reset button: pressing simultaneously buttons B and D will reset the warning of the saturation of the metal grease filter (1) and
the carbon filter replacement (2).
(1) After 30 hours of activity of the hood the symbol F, alternating with symbol G, will Flash indicating the need to clean the metal
grease filters, this alarm inhibits the functioning of the suction until the reset., to allow the emptying of the water tray. (operation to
be carried out as needed and in any case compulsory at every reset of the filters).
(2) Active only in filtering mode: After 120 hours of activity of the hood the symbol F, alternating with the symbol C, will Flash
indicating the need to clean/replace the activated carbon filters; the carbon filters can be washed in the dishwasher once, after which
they must be replaced.
The carbon filter alarm is disabled in the suction mode.
