The light on the reader/keypad blinks purple 5 times. After that you can connect to your phone.
The test function is activated for 1 minute - during this time the light on the reader/keypad flashes green
3
and the door can be opened by any finger/code. The test function is interrupted when the phone is
connected to the reader/keypad.
All fingerprints/codes, including admin ones, are erased from memory and the device is restored to factory set-

tings. Mobile phone or tablet connections are deleted.
Correctly placing your finger on the sensor
PLACE YOUR FINGER ON THE SENSOR 3 TIMES TO SUCCESSFULLY ENTER YOUR
FINGERPRINT
Only then will the fingerprint be stored. This ensures quality entries and good readings.
THE MOST COMMON CAUSE OF POOR READINGS IS DRY SKIN
If the finger has to press down harder than usual to get a reading, the skin on the finger is probably too dry.
This is particularly noticeable during the winter months. Make sure that the skin is normally moist by using
hand cream, moisturising wipes or by lightly touching a damp surface, but make sure that your finger does
not get wet.
ENTER MULTIPLE FINGERS OF BOTH HANDS TO AVOID PROBLEMS CAUSED BY DAMAGED
FINGERS
This will ensure a good reading regardless of the position of your finger on the sensor and will protect you in
case you injure one of the fingers you have entered.
Factory reset
PLACE YOUR FINGER IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SENSOR,
WITH THE PART WHERE THE FINGERPRINT IS MOST
PRONOUNCED
For most users, this is roughly in the middle of the finger pad, where the
curves of the fingerprint form the centre. Take a look at your fingerprints
and their characteristics.
DO NOT MOVE YOUR FINGER DURING THE READING
Wait for the device to beep to confirm successful entry before moving
your finger.
