8. Troubleshooting
• If the mouse does not respond, check if the dongle is properly connected or try a different USB port.
• Check whether the mouse is connected via 2.4 GHz.
• If the mouse moves slowly, jumps or reacts with a delay, try a different surface. Dark, dirty, uneven
and light-coloured surfaces can affect the performance of the mouse. A mouse pad is strongly
recommended.
• This can also be an indication of a low battery.
