BEFORE THE FIRST USE
• Remove all packaging materials and any promotional stickers.

Caution: do not remove the rubber pads on the fryer grille. These are part of the device and
hold the grille in place.
• Clean the fryer and the grille with warm water, washing up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge.
• Wipe the inside and outside of the fryer clean with a soft cloth.

Never add any frying oil or fat in the frying pan.
HANDLE INSTALLATION
• Remove the frying pan from the appliance. Remove the paper label.
• Slide the attachment point on the handle downward until it clicks
into place.
• Once locked the frying pan handle is locked into the handle, it
should not come loose.
USE
1. Place the appliance on a flat, stable and heat-resistant surface. Make sure that there is at least
30 cm of free space around the appliance.
2. Check that the grille is inserted in the fryer. Push the grille into place so that it sits level on the
bottom.

Do not place any oil or fat in the fryer.
3. Slide the frying pan with the empty grille inside the fryer.

Never use the frying pan without the grille inside.
4. Plug the power cord into a socket. A beep indicates that the device is in standby mode.
5. Remove the deep fryer from the device. Place the ingredients in the deep fryer with the roaster.
Do not put too many ingredients in the appliance so that the ingredients do not touch the
heating elements. Pay attention to the MAX indication in the deep fryer here.
6. Put the deep fryer with the filled roaster back in the device.
7. Press the on/off button to make the desired settings.
8. Press the temperature/timer setting to set the desired temperature and timer. You will see
'°C' light up on the display, you can now set the desired temperature with the +/- buttons.
The temperature can be set from 80 to 220°C. Each press of the button will increase/decrease
the temperature by 5°C. You can also keep the button pressed to make the selection advance
faster. You can see which temperature is selected on the display.
9. When you have set the desired temperature, press the temperature/timer setting again. 'MIN'
will now light up to let you know you can set the timer. The timer can be set from 1 to 60
minutes. Each press of the +/- button will increase/decrease the time by 1 minute. You can
also keep the button pressed to make the selection advance faster. You can see which timer is
selected on the display.
10. Press the start/pause button to start. Three dashes then light up consecutively from left to right
on the display. This indicates the motor is running. It continues while the appliance is on. The
set timer and temperature appear alternately on the display.

You can pause the appliance if you want to add/remove ingredients during use or if you
want to adjust the temperature or timer. Press the start/pause button. The dashes of
the operating motor will flash on and off on the display to let you know the appliance is
paused. If you want the appliance to continue cooking, press this button again.
