2.3 Bagel function

This function is intended for bagels and similar products.
1. Cut the bagel in suitable slices if needed.
2. Place the bagel/slices in the slots.
3. Press the

2.4 Rolls warmer tray

The rolls warmer tray is intended to crisp up softened rolls.
1. Unfold the tray and place it on the top of the appliance.
2. Put the roll on the tray.
3. Set a low or medium heating level.
4. Watch the appliance to prevent the roll from burning. If needed, stop the
procedure using the cancel-button.
5. Turn the roll and repeat the procedure. Watch the appliance to prevent the roll
from burning.

2.5 Guidelines

 Toasting periods may vary due to the different kind, moisture and consistency
of the bread.
 Select a lower heating level than average → for slightly-wet bread.
 Select a higher heating level than average → for fresh bread or wholemeal
bread.
 Select a higher heating level for bread with a very uneven surface.
 Thick slices (incl. crumpets) may require a significantly longer browning period
as more liquid has to evaporate until the toasting effect occurs. Very thick slices
may require a second toasting period.
 If you toast raisin bread or fruit bread, you must remove all loose raisins or
fruits before loading as they may drop down or get caught between the
conducting wires.
 Cut a crumpet in to equal parts before toasting.
