Installation Steps
In order to fit differently sized pipelines, two thread specifications (1" and 3/4" Male G thread) were
applied to the inlet and outlet of the system, and a total of two optional installation methods can
be used to connect with PEX, CPVC, PPR, and copper pipes. Please select the appropriate
connection method according to the size of the pipe in your home. Pay attention to the water
flow direction when installing. Take the 3/4" Male G thread thread specification and PEX pipe as
an example:
1" Male G thread
1. Shut off the main inlet valve. Turn on the faucet to release
the pressure inside the pipe.
2. Take out the 3/4" Male G thread adapter, insert the threaded
union into the union nut and install the white gasket, and
install the assembled adaptor on both sides and tighten it
with a wrench (figure 1).
3. Wrap more than 10 loops of Teflon tape on the external thread of the union on both sides. Install
two 3/4 in. Brass PEX-A Barb x 1 in.Female with a wrench.
4. Cut off the appropriate length of the PEX pipe. Fix the pipe on the system with two 3/4 in.
Stainless Steel PEX Barb Pinch Clamps (not included in the box). Pay attention to the water inlet
direction, and do not install it in the opposite direction. You can also use an expansion ring to fix the
pipe.
Install the quick-connect threaded connector on the drain port, and then insert the drain tubing
into the quick-connect threaded connector. Ensure that the tubing is inserted in place. And install
locking plates to fix the PE pipe. You can lead the drain tubing to sewage outlets or a bucket.

5. Slowly turn on the main inlet valve. Turn off the water outlet after the domestic water equipment
is able to dispense water. Be sure to check whether there is water leakage or slow water seepage at
the joints. At the same time, turn on the drain valve about 3 minutes to discharge the internal air of
the system, and then check whether there is water leakage. If there is water leakage, check whether
the joint is tight.
6. Open the water outlet and flush for 10 minutes. After the valve is shut off, the system can be used
normally.

Other option
Use 1" Male G thread
(
Wrap at least 10 loops of Teflon tape directly on the thread. You will need to provide two 1 in. Brass
PEX-A Barb x 1 in.Female G thread Adapter to install the system. Refer to the installation steps above
for further steps.
NOTE: The external thread must be wrapped with at least 10 loops of Teflon tape, and then connect-
ed to the internal thread and tightened with a wrench.
Operation and maintenance
1. Filtration status
When the unfiltered water enters the filter from the inlet and passes through the filter mesh's inner
core, the large particles are intercepted on the outer surface of the mesh, and the filtered water
flows from the outlet to the rear stage pipe.
2. Flushing status
As you turn on the drain valve, the unfiltered water enters the filter through the water inlet, At this
time, the hydrodynamic brush rotates clockwise to clean the dirt on the outside of the filter screen,
thereby flushing away impurities from the drain port. Please flush the filter regularly every 15-30
days according to the local water quality. If you are using well water as the source or the water
quality is poor, please flush at least once a week.
