Warranty Terms

Prostor guarantees your parasol for a period
of 2 years from the date of purchase. The
fabric and electrical components are subject
to the warranty terms of their respective
manufacturers. A repair under warranty does
not extend the warranty period.
What is covered?
The free shipment of any defective part or the
free repair of the product.
What is not covered?
Damage caused by accidents, negligence,
storms, wind, water accumulation, poor
installation, improper fixation (not from
PROSTOR), failure to follow instructions,
misuse, or normal wear and tear.
Damage due to exposure to industrial or high-
salinity environments.
Minor color differences compared to samples
due to the industrial process.
Costs for dismantling or reinstalling defective
parts or the parasol, related damages, or
travel expenses.
Damage to third parties and third-party repair
costs.
Standard PVC protective cover.
Zippers on the fabric, as they are sensitive to
handling.
Warranty Procedure
Contact an authorized Prostor dealer! They
will repair your parasol or order the necessary
replacement parts from Prostor and carry out
the repair as soon as possible.
