12. Troubleshooting
If the appliance malfunctions, please remove batteries or unplug it from the mains.
Characteristic
1.| The appliance seems to
function normally but no
medium is dispensed.
2.| The appliance doses too much or
not enough medium.
3.| The appliance doesn't dose.
If the issue cannot be resolved, please contact the manufacturer.

Possible cause
| No receptacle is inserted.
| No pump is installed.
| Appliance is not closed.
| Pump is clogged.
| Receptacle is empty.
| Pump is not primed for operation or has
lost contact to the medium.
| An unsuitable medium has been used.
| The number of strokes has not been set
correctly.
| Batteries are empty.
| Batteries have not been inserted correctly.
| Sensors or LEDs are dirty.

Solution
| Insert full receptacle.
| Insert pump into the dispenser.
| Close the appliance.
| Remove pump and clean it.
| Replace receptacle.
| Carry out the dosage process several
times. If it doesn't function, the pump
is possibly clogged.
| Use another medium.
Clean the pump thoroughly before.
| Adjust the number of strokes.
See section 9.
| Insert new batteries.
| Pay attention to the polarity.
| Remove product remains with a small
brush.
