FAULT GUIDE & TROUBLE SHOOTING
The charger includes many safety features to protect your electric vehicle, a fault is indicated by illumination of the Red indicator.

Reset/clear fault instructions
1. Unplug charging cable from the vehicle.
2. Unplug (or turn off) charging cable from the wall socket.
3. Keep unplugged for 30 seconds.
4. Repeat connection process.
If the faults are not reset, the charging cable may be fault. Please contact the retailer or Masterplug via our help desk
