Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues pairing the keyboard with your device, first verify that the device you
are trying to connect to is Bluetooth-compatible. Ensure that Bluetooth is enabled on the
device. If problems persist, restart the device and attempt to pair it with the keyboard again.
On Windows computers, a new Bluetooth connection may require additional software
updates after the initial pairing. Although the system may indicate a successful pairing, it is
recommended to wait at least 20 minutes to allow all updates to complete before restarting
your computer. Additionally, ensure that your device is configured to accept Bluetooth
connections, particularly external keyboards with HID profiles. To adjust these settings on
Windows, navigate to Bluetooth Devices, open Settings, and select the options to:
Allow Bluetooth devices to find this computer.
Allow Bluetooth devices to connect to this computer.
Alert me when a Bluetooth device wants to connect.
For Bluetooth issues where the keyboard is unresponsive, consider the following steps. On
your computer or smartphone, access the device's Bluetooth settings, locate the keyboard,
and select the option to remove, delete, or unpair it. Then, restart your device. On the
keyboard, turn it off and back on, and reconnect it to your device.
For issues in 2.4GHz mode, ensure the toggle switch is set to 2.4GHz. Remove the USB
receiver from the device and press fn + 4 on the keyboard for a few seconds to activate
pairing. Reinsert the receiver into your device while keeping the keyboard within 20 cm of the
receiver for optimal pairing.
Additional Issues and Tips
If the Bluetooth connection is interrupted even within 10 meters, check if the keyboard is
placed on a metal surface, as this can interfere with the Bluetooth signal. Repositioning the
keyboard onto a non-metal surface may resolve the issue.
If you find that third-party input tools are incompatible with the keyboard, this may be
due to variations in compatibility, versions, brands, or drivers of the Windows or Android
operating systems. Always ensure that your system and drivers are up-to-date to avoid such
conflicts.
Some users may notice that certain multimedia keys or function keys are not working.
This is usually due to device compatibility issues or driver limitations. Functions of certain
multimedia keys, such as media playback controls and brightness adjustments, may be
affected. Similarly, some function keys (F1 through F12) may not work as expected on specific
devices.
