Function Description: Charging
To charge your keyboard, connect the cable to a USB port and then plug the other end into
the designated charging port on the keyboard. While the keyboard is charging, the Power
Indicator will emit a red light. Once the charging process is complete, typically after
approximately 2.5 hours, the red light will turn green, signifying that the battery is fully
charged and ready for use. It is important to use a 5V 1A adapter or a USB 3.0 port to ensure
optimal charging performance. The Keychron B1 Pro supports charging via 2.4GHz, cable, or
Bluetooth mode, offering flexibility in its charging options. Please ensure you adhere to the
supported charging voltage of 5V and a charging current of 1A to prevent any potential
damage caused by improper charging practices.
2.4GHz / Cable / Bluetooth Mode (Mode Toggle)
Your keyboard is equipped with three connectivity modes—2.4GHz, cable, and Bluetooth—
providing seamless compatibility across multiple devices and setups.
2.4GHz Mode
To use the 2.4GHz mode, start by connecting the provided 2.4GHz receiver to a USB port on
your device. Next, toggle the keyboard switch to the 2.4GHz position. The keyboard will
automatically pair with the receiver, establishing a stable and reliable connection for
uninterrupted performance.
Bluetooth Mode
For Bluetooth functionality, toggle the keyboard switch to the Bluetooth option. Press and
hold the fn + 1 key for four seconds to activate Bluetooth pairing mode. During this time, the
Bluetooth indicator will flash rapidly, signaling that the keyboard is in pairing mode. On your
device, search for and select "Keychron B1 Pro" from the list of available Bluetooth devices.
Once the pairing process is successful, the Bluetooth indicator will turn off, confirming the
connection.
Additionally, this keyboard supports simultaneous pairing with up to three devices, allowing
you to switch between them using the key combinations fn + 1, fn + 2, and fn + 3. The
Bluetooth indicator light will continue flashing for up to three minutes during the pairing
process. Please note that slow or failed connections might occur due to variations in
Bluetooth versions, so it is crucial to ensure that your device settings are configured correctly.
