Unpair a Day Connect (optional)
To unpair your devices please follow the below steps:
1.
Press the menu button on the
left-hand side of your Day Hub
device.
2. Select 'Pairing and unpairing
devices'.
Factory Reset
To restore your device to factory
settings please follow the
Software Updates
We occasionally issue software
updates that optimise the
performance of this device.
These will be installed
automatically overnight if the
device is connected to Wi-Fi and
plugged into a plug socket.
Software updates are only
available for devices that are
connected to a Wi-Fi network.
If your device is working but not
connected to Wi-Fi, don't worry -
it doesn't need updating.
Please follow the below steps to
check and/or manually update
the device's software:

Select 'Unpair a Day
Connect'.
4.
Select the Day Connect you
would like to unpair.
You can review connected
devices in the Settings Menu.

connected to Wi-Fi.

Press the Menu button on the

Select 'Software update'.

Follow the step-by-step
instructions.
Software updates should take no

Do not unplug your
device whilst your
device is updating
