1. Take out the foam mat and spread it over the cleared area.
2. Place the 'open-end panel' towards the corner where you intend to install your external control box.
3. Connect two panel pieces together by sliding a corner beam between them and then do the same with the remaining panels.
4. Place the sponge rails on top of the wooden panels with the shorter side of the rail on the inside of the spa tub.
5. Spread out the spa liner inside the spa wall frame and make sure the pipes go through the holes on the panel.
6. Stretch the top trim of the spa liner over the sponge rails. Lock the silver buckle on the trim onto the metal twist lock on the corner beams.

Inflating the Spa Air Bladder
1. Screw the inflation adaptor to the control box.
2. Open the inflation valve on the bladder and insert the inflation hose into the valve.
3. Press Bubble button to start inflating the bladder. When the bladder is firm to the touch but not hard, stop inflating by long press Bubble button for over 3
seconds. Usually the inflation will take 1 minutes at a temperature of 25°C (77°F)
4. Disconnect the inflation hose from the valve, then close and push in the inflation valve. Remove the inflation adaptor from the control box.
NOTE: Please inflate the bladder before filling water to the spa. Otherwise, please refer to "Water Outlet & Inlet Cap And Air Inlet Cap Instructions" section
to know how to disassemble control box without draining the water.
