• Switch off the dispenser.

• Switch on the dispenser.
Caution!
Be careful when returning to operation in cont. MODE.
1 sec after switching on the unit the dispensing starts automatically!
The manual applicator 16 with dispensing nozzle should be placed at the dispensing
position or a cup is placed under the nozzle.

When Using 2 Tubes

The newest generation units are capable of dispensing from two tubes..
However, two tube dispensing is only suitable for PTFE tubing.
There are some considerations:
– The dispensed quantity on the outlet of the two tubes at the dispensing differs
more significantly.
– Tolerances in the tube wall thickness, so dispense quantities could also vary.
– Pay attention! Typical variation between the tubes is 5 – 10%, but the results
could vary.
– The simultaneously use of 2 different sizes of the tubes is not possible.
– Only recommended to use with the following tube diameters:
– ID 1.4x0.3 mm and
– ID 1.7x0.4 mm.
For order numbers see sections 4.3.1 and 7.2.
Handling
• Insert the first tube to the pump head normally as 4.3.1.
• Remove the first tube from the pump head.
• Insert the second tube to the pump head normally as 4.3.1.
• Insert both tubes to the pump head.
• Follow 4.3.1 to hold the tube by tube holder and close the tube guide.
• Cut tubes to the same length on both sides.
• Run the system at speed = 10 for at least 30 seconds.
