1| BEFORE USE
Read the installation instructions carefully.
They contain important instructions for the use,
safety and maintenance of the appliance. Failure
to observe these instructions may result in seri-
ous injury or damage to property (burns, explo-
sions, fires, etc.). The instructions should be kept
in a safe place and passed on to any subse-
quent users. The product may only be used for
its intended purpose in accordance with these
instructions. This appliance is not intended for
commercial use.
Remove the plastic covers from the handles

before first use.
It is essential to remove the adhesive film from

the stainless steel parts before use.
Before using your plancha, remove all flam-
•
mable objects from around it, e. g. paper, bot-
tles of flammable liquids.
2| IMPORTANT SAFETY
INSTRUCTIONS
For use without a cart or module: the gas cyl-
•
inder (13 kg) that supplies the plancha must
be placed at a distance of 80 cm from the
appliance.
If the plancha is to be used on a cart or mod-
•
ule, it is essential to use a cylinder with a
maximum weight of 6 kg.
If your plancha is protected by a cover, make
•
sure to remove it before any use of the
plancha.
Do not spray flammable substances on the
•
food while the burners are operating.
Do not cut food with a knife directly on the
•
plancha.
Do not move the grease tray while the plancha
•
is in operation and while the frame is still hot.
During the use of your plancha a slight discol-
•
oration may appear on the inner deflectors of
your plancha base. This phenomenon is normal
and does not affect the technical characteris-
tics of your product.
Accessible parts can be very hot and
stay hot for a long time even when
the plancha is turned off. Keep away from
young children.
Do not move the plancha during operation.
•
Use protective gloves when handling hot
•
components.
Do not use an adjustable pressure regulator.
