Using the Solo Platform and Shim
Improper u se of the Solo Platformand Shimmaycause
damage to the Machine.Readand follow the instructions

whenyou are cutting or embossingthin materials such as
single sheets of paper or cardstock: however, w henusing heavy
materialssuchcardboard, c hipboard or Grungeboardt, o r when
embossing more than one layer of cardstock, do not usethe

To attach the Solo Shim to the Solo Platform,
of the Solo Shim into the Tabclips found on the end of the
Solo Platform.

screw until firmly sealed.

paper over the die. Place another Cutting Padover the paper to
create a "sandwich." ForClearlits Die, place die over photo or
material so that the area to be cut shows through the die.
