Whenstartingupa balancer, w esuggestthatthe followingprocedure is used:
Connectthe balancerto the main structurethrough the suspensionhook, if present, or fixing hole.
Connect t hesafetydeviceto the secondary structure.
- Lift the load to be hangedto the balancer.
- Hangthe loadto the balancer t hroughthe properhook/snap hook,
- Lowerthe loadby unwinding thebalancer's ropeandadjustthestrokelimiterclampto avoidbringing theloadabovetheoperator.
- Adjustthe balancerstrengthas longasthe hangedloadis balanced. R otateinthedirectionofthe + signto increase thestrength
of the balancer. R otateinthe direction of the signto decrease thestrengthof thebalancer.
In caseof installation of the balancer a t a considerable height, usethe dedicated extensionropesto bringthe loadat the needed
workingheight(theloadmustnotbeabovethe operator).
Ensurethatthe workingareaisadequately lightened to allowa goodoven.'iew of theoperations and of all theequipment, a voiding
