Adapting external Remote controls
Your CVR-200 AV can learn the codes from other remote controls, e.g. from a TV remote control (only possible
with infrared remotes). Proceed as follows:
▶ Press the „Menu" button on the device for 3 seconds for it to go into learning mode.
▶ The display then shows „press button on Block-RC". Press any button you want to translate onto another
remote.
▶ Once the display says „Block RC Code accepted", followed by „press button on other RC", pick the button
on the other RC that will then have the same functions as the button on the Block remote.
▶ You will then see „Button code transmitted". From there you can repeat the previous steps until all impor-
tant functions are transferred (up to 50). You can leave the programming by pressing the „Menu" button
on the device again. If you set up faulty connections, just override them with correct ones. The device will
automatically delete the previously programmed data.
▶ To delete any programmed data, simply press the „Back" on the device.
