5.1 Inserting the SIM card
Tousethe GSM add-onmodule„FeeI-Safe", youneedan activated
standard 2GSIMcardand access t o a mobilenetwork f youhave
onlya micro/nano SIMcard(not included in delivery package), you
canusea SIMadapter(eg Hama item no 106687/ 106624)
Note — SIM card
It isextremely importantto deactivate yourSIMcard'sPIN
beforestartingup thedevice for the firsttime Please consult
the usermanual f or yoursmartphone/tablet to findout howto
do this.
If possible,pleaseusea SIM cardwith monthly fees
(contract).A secondSIMcard for an existingmobile phone
contract is normally quite easyto obtain.
If you usea prepaid card, pleaseobservethe following
points:
