1. Safety measures
Before using the pump, read these instructions carefully.
Those who have not read these instructions should not operate the pump
for safety reasons. Persons under the age of 16 should not operate the
pump and should keep distance while it is in operation.
The power cord should not be used for transporting or moving the pump.
Always use the handle of the pump for this.
2. Use
Submersible pump with many applications, high reliability and safety.
Suitable for drainage, emptying and small-scale irrigation. The
temperature of the liquid to be pumped must not exceed 40 °C.
Do not use the pump to pump salt water, wastewater, flammable or
explosive substances. (e.g. petroleum, petrol, solvents), greases, oils or
foodstuffs.
If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced immediately to avoid any risk.
This should be done by an authorised service or repair company.
Before putting the pump into operation, the following points should be
checked:
• The electrical installation must have an earth leakage switch of 1 n
-30 mA and the earth connection must be effective.
• Voltage and frequency (shown on the nameplate of the pump; 230
V/50 Hz) must match those of the mains.
• The power cord of the pump must not be damaged.
• The electrical connection must be in a dry place, protected against
possible flooding.
