Inserting batteries

Batteries must be installed before using the appli-
ance. Batteries are included in the package.
1. Remove the battery compartment cover.
2. Insert two new AA batteries into the holder.
Make sure the polarity is correct. Always use
new batteries of the same type. Do not mix old
and new batteries or alkaline and rechargeable
batteries.
3. Replace the cover.
4. When replacing the batteries, follow the same
procedure, but remove the dead batteries first.
