Removal of tender body (Fig. 3)
Undo screw A and slide body off in direction of arrow. On re-insertion
of the tender body make sure that cables are properly positioned in
groove C to aviod them getting damaged.
Replacement
Take of tender body B and loosen screw D. Lift off printed circuit
16. Use tweezers to take out bulb. On replacement of bulb ensure
propper contact between bulb and contact piece. Isolating disc E
must by properly positioned on tender frame. On re-insertion
printed circuit check to make sure that springs F make proper
contact with brush retainer clips N
Replacement
After removing body, decoder 17 + 18 and printed circuit 16 loosen
screw G. Remove bogie frame 28 and then the first set of tender
wheels 25. Use suitably pointed object to ease motor retaining clip
20 out of position and slide upward. Do likewise with rear motor clip.

Replacement

3). Contact P and bulb can now be lifted out.
