PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS
Replace the remote control batteries with new ones.
Check if the batteries are inserted correctly.
Check if the main power of the TV is connected.
Check if there are elements between the remote sensor and the remote control
that could interfere with its correct operation.
This is usually due to interference from electronic equipment or sources of radio
interference.
Check the signal source.
Plug another electrical device into the outlet to check if it is working or turned on.
Check whether the power plug has good contact with the power outlet.
Check that the sound is on and/or increase the volume.
Open the sound menu and adjust the balance.
Adjust the color option in the TV setup menu.
Keep the TV at a sufficient distance from other electronic products.
Try changing to another channel.
There is a bad television signal. (Shows mosaic or snowflakes).
1. Check that the signal cable is working properly and adjust the antenna.
