Build wild, motor-powered vehicles! The possibilities are endless.
The following instructions will help you build the models shown on the
back of the box. They will help you get started and give you some good
basic building ideas. Then, try creating your own Wild Wrecker. There is
no "wrong" way to create with gears. Remember, when in doubt, try it
out!
Before you begin, make sure you have 2 fresh "AA" batteries in the
motor's hand control. See page 12 for more information.
Building Tips:
• As you build, test the motor every so often to make sure the gears are
moving, and to make sure you have not over loaded it with too many
gears. The motor will only power a limited number of gears, depending
on the size of the gears you use. If the gears are turning very, very
slowly, remove some of the gears.
• When attaching the Crown Gear, first connect an axle with a gear on 1
side to the motor, then place the crown gear connected to a red pillar
with peg on top (as shown here). If you put a
gear on both sides of the axle, the gears will
not turn.
• Your Wild Wrecker will roll best if the gears
that touch the floor are moving in the same
direction. Test this by placing it on the floor,
turning on the motor and looking at the
direction the gears are turning (see sketch
below).

Construisez des véhicules motorisés complètement fous! Il existe des
centaines de possibilités. Le mode d'emploi suivant vous aidera à
construire les modèles dont les schémas apparaissent au verso des boîtes
d'emballage. Ceci vous aidera à commencer et vous donnera quelques
idées de base solides de construction. Puis, essayez de créer votre propre
Wild Wrecker. Il n'existe pas de « mauvais » moyen de créer avec les
engrenages. Souvenez-vous, lorsque vous avez des doutes, essayez!
Avant de commencer, il vous faudra insérer deux batteries neuves de
modèle "AA" dans le moteur. (pg.12)
Conseils de construction:
• Durant la construction, testez le moteur de façon périodique afin de
vous assurer que les engrenages fonctionnent correctement, et pour vous
assurer aussi que vous ne l'avez pas surchargé avec trop d'engrenages.
Le moteur peut seulement alimenter un certain nombre d'engrenages,
suivant la taille des engrenages que vous utilisez. Si les engrenages
tournent très, très lentement, retirez-en quelques-uns.
• Lorsque vous attachez l'engrenage couronne au moteur, attachez tout
d'abord un axe avec un engrenage sur un côté du moteur, puis placez
l'engrenage couronne sur le dessus (voir illustration pg.2). Si vous
mettez un engrenage de chaque côté de l'axe, les engrenages ne
tourneront pas.
• Votre Wild Wrecker roulera le mieux si les engrenages touchant le sol
bougent dans le même sens. Conduisez un test en plaçant votre créature
sur le sol, mettez le moteur en route et voyez dans quelle direction les
engrenages tournent. (pg.2)
