6.3 Cable extension
The cable can be extended by the user up to 90 me-
tres. Recommended cable quality is: PUR/FEP

7 Overvoltage and Overcurrent
Protection
Transient voltage protection is highly recommended
for wiring outside buildings.
8 Parameterisation
The CPA 01 can provide different pulse values and
pulse lengths.
The required values can be programmed in the Cor-
donel flow meter by using a SIRT and the Diavaso
Config app. The CPA 01 adopts the values automati-
cally.
The pulse length must always be adjusted to the
max. expected flow rate and the programmed pulse
value.
The period of the high signal shall always be shorter
than the period of the low signal. The following table
shows the longest suitable pulse lengths in relation
to the maximum expected flow and the pulse value.
