4. Recommendations
The following rules must be observed for the correct functioning of the
pump:
The pump must not operate without liquid.
Make sure that the connections to the power outlets do not come into
contact with water.
Do not lift the pump by the electric cable during transport, only use the
designated handle. If you move the pump from one place to another,
we recommend cutting off the power supply for safety reasons.

Maintenance and cleaning

Removing the pump from the water and exposing it to sub-zero
temperatures can block the impeller by freezing. If the impeller is
blocked by the ice, immerse the pump under water and allow the ice to
melt before turning it on again. To avoid damage to the pump, do not
use other methods of quickly defrosting the pump (for example, by
heating it up).
If the pump is operating in a liquid containing solids and you are going
to stop using it temporarily, run it in clean water for a few minutes.
Remove the plug from the socket. Remove contamination (mud,
stones, etc.) to prevent it from drying and blocking the impeller and
mechanical seal and causing the pump to stop working. Store the
pump in a dry place where the temperature cannot rise too high. Stand
the pump upright and prevent it from falling over/rolling.
For personal hygiene, ensure that the pump has been thoroughly
cleaned with water or detergents. Work gloves must be worn during
disassembly.
