Check of valve play
Valve play, L = 20.9-21.1mm
RE-signal
Air pressure monitoring, RE-signal S1 and S2
The signal ports, marked S1 and S2, situated in the Motor casing/ Back head are to be conected to Atlas
Copco RE-Controler or other similar monitoring instrument.
Replace the plugs (screws) from the signal ports that are going to be used, with M5 conectors.
The Atlas Copco RE-Controller can detect:

Missed fasteners
■
Premature tool shut-off
■
Stripped threads
■
Cross-threading
■
Rehits
■
Drop in air supply
by converting the air pressure from the signal ports to an electrical signal processed in the RE-Controller.
