Cleaning:
1. Turn device off and unplug from any power source.
2. Wipe the tops of the LEDs with alcohol wipes or damp cloth
to remove any residue after each use.
3. Clean the device body by using damp or microfibre cloth. Do
not use chemical or alcohol based cleaners on the plastic
coating.
4. Allow the device to dry completely prior to use.
Always ensure:
The device is disconnected from the mains when you use it. It
will not work while charging as a safety feature.
The USB cable is firmly pushed in so the device is connected
to the mains when charging.
You have power to your mains socket when charging. If in
doubt, try a different power outlet.
The device does not switch off after a 3 minute
treatment:
The device may be faulty. Please contact CurrentBody via the
website.

The LEDs flicker during use:

The device shuts off abruptly, prior to completion
of a 3 minute treatment:
The device is designed to shut off automatically after 15
minutes.
The device may shut off after multiple repeated uses if it
exceeds desired temperature. Allow the device to cool for
several minutes and try again.
