Is SmoothPro+
SmoothPro+ works easily, safely and effectively on a
wide variety of hair colors from naturally dark blonde
to brown and black; and skin tones from very white to
dark brown. IPL technology cannot be used to treat
white/gray, light blonder or red hair, and is not
suitable for very dark skin. This is due to the high
contrast required between the pigment in hair color
and the pigment in skin tone.
