SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS

IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

WARNING: When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always
be followed, including:

Read all instructions.
2.
DANGER! To protect against the risk of electric shock, do not immerse the cable,
plug or any part of the unit in water or other liquid.
3. Close supervision is necessary when using this appliance near children.
4. Never leave an appliance unattended while in use.
5. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and
knowledge if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved. Children shall
not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by
children unless they are older than 8 and supervised. Keep the appliance and its
cable out of reach of children less than 8 years.
6. Do not place an appliance on or near a hot gas or electric burner, or in a heated
oven. Do not place on top of any other appliance.
7. Do not let the power cable of the appliance hang over the edge of a table or
countertop or touch any hot surface.
8. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cable or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions or has been damaged in any manner. If this occurs, contact Chefman®
Customer Support for examination, repair or adjustment.
