– Upper shaft spring (tension arm) does not contact
spring hook.
– Check time setting VR4(on PCB) or VR2 (outside).
– Check position or proper contact of switch S39.
– Check if screws of cam disk are loosened.
– Check belt and pulley of motor M23.
– Check brake plate of motor M23 (adjustment/instal-

– Check dispenser brake and dispenser for jammed
straps.
– Check upper transport roller (cuttings or dust).
– Check initial position of strap clamp on tension
arm.
– Check strap guides.
– Improper position of upper weight (see Chapter
9.4).
– Check function of tension arm.
– Check time setting "F1(on PCB)".
– Length of band kept in the pool box is too short (see
Chapter 9.2).
– Check adjustment of welding temperature (see
Chapter 9.1).
– Check if heating element is durty or bent.
– Check cables and connectors.
– Check adjustment (angle) of heating element.
– Insuffi cient movement of heat element, spring
maybe loose.
– Lack of pressure on press block.
– Strap is not fed right to the sealing point.
– Check time setting F1 (on PCB).
– Cutter does not stay at its lowest position.
– Strap tension is too high.
– Welding temperature is too high (see Chapter 9.1).
