THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:
1) Damage caused by tampering with the device.
2) Sound opening clogged by earwax (may not be properly visible) or
otherwise dirty.
3) Physical damage to the earbuds caused by a fall or impact.
4) Damage caused by force majeure.
5) Oxidation of power contacts caused by moisture.
