Achtung:
Gerät von der Pneumatik-Druckquelle trennen, Magazin
Die Befestiqung der Kappe 14510285
erfolgen, bei dern das Drehmoment auf 7 Nm eingestellt ist.
Beladung
Vorschieber nach hinten ziehen und einrasten. Nägel gernäß ihrer
Länge und der Kennzeichnung am Magazinende von hinten in das
Magazin einschieben. Die Nagelspitzen müssen vorn aus dern Gerät
herausragen. Vorschieber wieder entriegeln und nach vorn schieben.
Austausch des Treibers und des Kolbens
Die 4 Schrauben Pos. 4 lösen und die Kappe nach oben abnehmen.
Kolben nach oben aus dem Zylinder herausnehrnen und komplett
austauschen. Vor dem Wiedereinsetzen Kolben-O-Ring mit BEA-O-
Ring-Fett 13301706 fetten.
Auswechseln des Puffers und des Zglinders.
Kappe wie oben beschrieben abnehmen
Den Zulinder ebenfalls nach oben aus dem Gerät herausziehen..
Defekte Teile ersetzen und leicht gefettet
13301706) einsetzen.
Hinweis
Die Auslösesicherung des Gerätes ist in ordnungsgernäßem
so ausgelegt, dass ein Nagel nur dann gesetzt werden kann, wenn das
Gerät senkrecht auf das Heftgut aufgesetzt wird.

Important:
Disconnect the machine from the compressed air supply, empty the
magazine. The cover 14510285
mechanical screwdriver - torque set at 7 Nm.
Loading
Pull the slider back and engage it. Push the nails according to their
length and identification on the magazine end from the back into the
magazine. The nail points must protrude from the device in the front.
Unlock the slide again and push it forward.
Replacing the driver and the piston
Loosen the 4 screws from pos. 4 and remove the cap toward the top.
Lift the piston toward the top out of the cylinder and replace it
completely. Before inserting it again, lubricate the piston O-ring with
BEA O-ring grease 13301706.
Replacing the buffer and the cylinder
Remove the cap as described above and remove the piston. Pull the
cylinder also toward the top out of the device. Replace defective parts
and insert them slightly greased (BAA O-ring grease 13301706).
Note
The trigger guard of the device in its proper condition is designed so
that a nail can onlg be set when the device is placed perpendicular on
the item to be nailed.

Chargement
Tirer le chargeurvers I•arriére et I enclencher. Insérer les clous par
I arriére dans le magasin conformément å leur longueur et au
marquage indiqué sur I extrémité du magasin. Les pointes des clous
doivent dépasser devant de I•appareil. Déverrouiller
chargeur et le pousser vers I•avant.
Remplacement du marteau et du piston
Desserrer les 4 vis. pos. 4. et enlever le capuchon par le haut
Retirer le piston du cylindre par le haut et le remplacer
intégralement. Graisser le joint torique avec la graisse 13301706
avant de replacer le piston dans I appareil.
Remplacement de I amortisseur
Enlever le capuchon et le piston comme décrit ci-dessus. Retirer le
cylindre de I appareil également par le haut. Remplacer les piéces
défectueuses et les utiliser légérement

Remarque
La sécurité du déclencheur de I •appareil est conque å I état
opérationnel de faqon å pouvoir placer un clou uniquement lorsque
I appareil repose verticalement sur le matériau å fixer.

Desconectar el aparato del suministro
vaciar el cargador. Se debe fijar
destornillador con un par fijado a 7 Nm.
Carga
Empujar hacia atrås el alimentador g enclavarlo. Insertar los clavos
desde atrås en el cargador, segün la longitud de éstos y la
caracterizaciön del extremo del cargador. Las puntas de los clavos
deben sobresalir por delante del aparato. Volver a desbloquear el
alimentador U empujarlo hacia delante.
Cambio del punz6n y del émbolo
Soltar los 4 tornillos en posiciön 4 y levantar la tapa hacia arriba.
Sacar hacia arriba el émbolo del cilindro g cambiarlo
completamente. Antes de volver a introducirlo. engrasar el anillo en
O del émbolo con BEA-O-Ring-Fett 13301706.
Cambio del tope g del cilindro.
Sacar la tapa corno se describe arriba y extraerel
también hacia arriba el cilindro del aparato. Reemplazar las piezas
defectuosas y utilizarlas ligeramente

Advertencia
El seguro de disparo del aparato se dispone, de acuerdo con el
reglamento, en un estado en que sålo se puede clavar un clavo

Sostituzione del punteruolo e del pistone
Svitare le 4 viti (pos. 4 ) e sollevare la calotta. Estrarre i pistoni dal
cilindro e sostituirli. Prima di reinserire i nuovi pistoni, ingrassare
l'anello ad O dei pistoni utilizzando il grasso EEA-O-Ring 13301706.
Sostituire il tampone e il cilindro.
Staccare la calotta come sopra descritto ed estrarre il pistone.
Estrarre il cilindro dall'apparecchio. Sostituire le parti difettose e
inserire quelle nuove dopo averle ingrassate
13301706).
