Installation
• For trouble free operation, the air entering the system must be perfectly
clean and consequently a compressed air filter should be installed before the
lubricator.
• Remove any foreign matter or impurities from the air line by blowing it
clean with compressed air.
• If a regulator is to be installed in the air line, it must be sited between the fil-
ter and this lubricator.
• If a combined filter/regulator is to be installed in the air line, it must be sited
before this lubricator.
• The unit must be installed with the bowl vertical and pointing downwards.
• Note the arrow indicating the flow direction.
• The hose from the nano-lubricator to the equipment driven should not be
longer than 40 m.
• The viscosity of the used oil must not exceed 32 cSt at any operating condi-
tions
Assembling of wall mounting bracket
1. Place the bracket over the four screw holes on either side of the housing.
2. Enter screws.
3. The bracket could be mounted either with wall screws below the housing
or above.
