Thank you for purchasing our SEECODE electric three-stage knife sharpener, which you can use to
sharpen your knives as good as new or grind in a new 15 degree angle - if your knife has a higher
angle.
A sharpening angle of 15 degrees is usually recommended for kitchen and utility knives in particular.
This gives the knife a good mix of sharpness and stability.
With the Seecode electric three-stage knife sharpener, each side of the blade is sharpened individually.
Three sharpening stages are available for this purpose:
Stage 1 the coarse grind, stage 2 the fine grind and stage 3 the polishing process.
Stages 1 and 2 each use 2 diamond grinding discs, while stage 3 uses 2 resin grinding discs, a resin
and diamond component for polishing.
To ensure that you can enjoy your SEECODE electric three-stage knife sharpener for a long time and
use it to its full potential, please read these operating instructions carefully before using the electric
three-stage knife sharpener to avoid damage caused by incorrect operation. Please pay particular
attention to the safety information. If you give the electric three-step knife sharpener to a third party,
