4. Maintenance
Regularly check the proper functioning of the product, the tight fit of all screw connections and the proper functioning of the
brakes. For safety reasons, an initial check should be carried out before the first ride.
Always make sure that the handlebars cannot be twisted independently of the front wheel.
Wear can be avoided by regular maintenance and service. If the parts are damaged, please use only the spare parts specified
and approved by the product. This applies in particular to spare parts that are essential for product safety. Please contact a
specialist dealer for this.
If the product or individual components are bent, they can no longer be used and the defective components must be replaced
immediately with original parts.
Only use environmentally friendly cleaning agents, never corrosive cleaning agents. Protect the product from road salt and
do not store it in damp rooms.
All maintenance work requires specialist knowledge. If necessary, consult a specialist dealer.
Check the air pressure regularly.
5. Assembly
Please observe the specified tightening torque of the screws. Tightening the screws too tightly can lead to defects and
serious injuries to the child.
Headset [Abb. 1]
Insert the bearing shells in Fig. 1 [1] and [2] into the head tube from
both sides.
Guide the plastic washer [3] in Fig.2 over the fork tube until it rests
on the fork crown. Guide the fork through the steerer tube. Place the
bearing cap [4] in Fig.2 onto the fork tube from above.
