Handlebar [Abb. 1]
All components must have a tight fit and the handlebar must no longer be able to move independently of the front wheel.
The height of the handlebars can only be adjusted after the saddle has been fitted.
The handlebars must be easy to reach for the child sitting upright.
Saddle [Abb. 4]
The saddle height must be adjusted so that the soles of the child's feet are still in full contact with the ground even with the
legs are still in full contact with the ground.
Make sure that the opening of the saddle clamp points in the direction of the rear wheel.
6. Disassembly
Please pay attention to loose small parts (screws, nuts, etc.), as you will need them again for assembly.
Handlebar
Using an Allen wrench, open the handlebar clamp screw [No. 5] in Figure 3 until the handlebar can be removed. Now pull the
metal clip out of the fork tube and remove it from the steering tube. Keep all parts of the headset.
Saddle
Open the saddle clamp [Figure. 4, No.7] using an Allen wrench until you can remove the saddle.
Put the metal clamp [5] in Fig.3 on the fork tube. Insert the
handlebar [6] in Fig.3 into the fork tube. Apply slight pressure to
the metal clamp to ensure a tight fit. Tighten the clamp with the
hexagonal wrench.
Position the saddle with the clamping cone at a suitable height
for the child in the seat tube. Now tighten the metal clamp with
the hexagonal wrench. Make sure that the saddle does not slip
and points straight forward.
The saddle must now have a firm fit and must not be able
to move
