5.3 SETTINGS
5.3.1 Starting and Shutting Down
Press POWER to turn on the device.
The device runs in FAN by default.
Press the MODE button to select the desired operating mode.
Press POWER again to turn off the device.
5.3.2 Operating mode
The device has four operating modes: cooling, drying, ventilating, sleeping.
A. Cool your room
Select the cooling mode to lower the temperature in your room.
Press the MODE button repeatedly until the COOL operation LED lights up.
Press the up/down button to adjust the temperature displayed on the screen. The temperature can
be set between 16°C and 32°C.
Press the SPEED button repeatedly until the desired fan speed indicator lights up.
To control the direction of the airflow horizontally, please adjust the inner air flap by hand.
Note: The air conditioner stops when the room temperature is below the selected temperature.
B. Ventilate your room
Press the MODE button repeatedly until the FAN operation LED lights up.
In ventilation mode, the room air is circulated, but not cooled.
Press the SPEED button repeatedly to select the desired fan speed.
C. Dry your room
Press the MODE button on the control panel or remote control. The LED of the DRY operation lights
up. The fan speed cannot be selected. The user should connect the hose to the drain at the bottom
of the device.
Note: In this mode, the fan speed switches to low speed and cannot be selected.
D. Sleep mode (This function can only be used with a remote control)
Sleep mode can be activated in cooling and heating modes.
