1. Accessing this feature will demonstrate the three ways to regulate relaxation:Abdominal
Breathing, 4-7-8 Breathing, and Breathing Training. You can also choose the training
frequency and training time.
2. Click Start to go directly to the breathing training animation. Adjust your breathing
according to the frequency of vibration and animation. Reasonable breathing training can
help relieve your emotions.
