3. Put the article on the thigh of the extended
leg.
End position
4. Roll the article slowly backwards and
forwards across the thigh.
5. Intensify the massage effect by applying slight
pressure on the article on the thigh.

pressure as is pleasant for you.
Upper back (figure B)
Starting position
1. Sit on a chair and hold the article by one
handle across the middle of your back.
2. Hold the other handle with your other hand.
End position
3. Roll the article slowly back and forth.
4. Intensify the massage effect by pressing the
article onto your shoulders.
Important: Roll slowly back and forth
and only apply as much pressure as is
pleasant for you.
Calf (figure C)
Starting position
1. Sit on a chair and place one foot on the floor.
The other leg is relaxed and extended.
2. Bend your upper body forwards slightly and
hold the article by the handles with both
hands.
3. Place the article against the calf of the stan-
ding leg.
End position
4. Roll the article slowly up and down your calf.
5. Intensify the massage effect by pressing the
article lightly to your calf.
Important: Roll slowly up and down
your calf and only apply as much pres-
sure as is pleasant for you.
Side calf (figure D)
Starting position
1. Sit on the floor and place one foot on the
floor. The other leg is relaxed and extended.
2. Bend your upper body forwards slightly and
hold the article by the handles with both
hands.
3. Place the article against the side of the calf of
your bent leg.

4. Roll the article slowly up and down the side of
your calf.
5. Intensify the massage effect by pressing the
article lightly to your calf.

Care & storage
Always keep the product clean and dry in a
space unexposed to very hot or cold tempera-
tures.
IMPORTANT! Clean using water only - never
with harsh cleaning agents. Afterwards, dry with
a cleaning cloth or duster.
Notes on disposal
Dispose of the article and the packaging materi-
als in accordance with current local regulations.
Packaging materials such as foil bags are not
suitable to be given to children. Keep the packa-
ging materials out of the reach of children.

year warranty for this product from the date of
purchase. Please retain your receipt.
The warranty applies only to material and
workmanship and does not apply to misuse or
improper handling. Your statutory rights, espe-
cially the warranty rights, are not affected by this
warranty.

Any repairs under the warranty, statutory gua-
