7.1 Installing and changing batteries
7.1.1 Installing batteries
Remove the housing cover by carefully pushing the
tabs on the housing cover inward (arrows).

Insert the provided Lithium battery (CR 2032), with
correct polarity in accordance with the polarity
markings in the battery cabinet (E) (positive pole at
top).
Mount the housing cover again. Make sure that the
housing cover is latched completely in place.
7.1.2 Changing batteries
Caution! Danger of explosion if battery is
replaced improperly. The lithium battery must
be short-circuit-proof!
Used batteries are not to be disposed
of with the house-hold waste! Please
dispose them at your local battery
collection point!
