Cleaning and Care (continued)
Cleaning the Humidification Mat
• Remove the humidification mat.
• It can be rinsed and soaked with clean water, low pressure flushing method
is recommended. Cleaning time should not exceed 8 minutes.
• Water temperature should not exceed 60 ℃, slight discoloration can occur
using water warmer than 60 ℃.
• Mild acid and alkaline washing supplies can be used for cleaning.
• None of the above cleaning methods will negatively affect the humidifying
capacity.
• When cleaning, the humidification paper absorbs a large amount of water
which will reduce the stiffness of the product. After drying, the stiffness will
return.
Air Filter Maintenance
Regular filter maintenance is essential for optimal performance:
I. Filter Replacement Reminder: The built-in program will remind you when
it's time to replace the filter. However, due to varying pollution levels in
different environments, the filter's lifespan may vary. Replace it promptly
as needed. Recommendation: Clean the filter at least once a month. If
pollution levels are high, consider increasing the cleaning frequency.
II. Dusty Composite Filter Surface: If the surface of the composite filter
accumulates dust, use a vacuum cleaner to gently remove the dust. This
will extend the filter's life expectancy.
III. Scheduled Filter Replacement: Replace the composite filters
approximately every 6 to 12 months or as soon as the unit's reminder
prompts you.
Special Considerations
Depending on the usage environment (e.g., households with heavy smokers),
the filter lifespan may be shorter. If you notice that the air purifier isn't
effectively purifying the air, replace the filter before their usual life expectancy
expires.
Disposing of Used Filters
Dispose of used filters as standard household waste.
