Operation (continued)
To prevent the mishandling by young children, the unit is equipped
with a Child Lock function, which will make all buttons on the unit
non-functional. When active, the Child Lock indicator will be lit on the
display.
Press this button for 5 seconds to activate or deactivate the Child
Lock function.
Fan Speed Setting / Auto Mode
Press this button repeatedly to cycle through the fan speed and thus
the desired intensity of humidification and air purification:
Low – Medium – High – Turbo – Auto
Note: With empty water reservoir, the unit can be used as stand alone
air purifier. In AUTO mode, the unit will automatically change Fan
Speed according to the air quality detected by the air quality sensor.
Timer Setting
Press to set the desired operating time.
Select Timer Setting from 1 to 12 hours or "––" (normal operation):
01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-10-11-12
While cycling through the Timer hours, the display shows the current
hours. Without further press of the key within 5 seconds, the display
jumps back to showing the current ambient relative humidity and the
Timer is set.
If a Timer is set, the Timer button will stay lit.
In order to deactivate the Timer, you can either cycle through the
Timer hours until "––" appears on the display or by switching off the
device with the power button and then switch it on again.
