3. Wait until the accessory has come to a
standstill. Only then should you detach
the motor unit.
4. Clean the device after every use. Do not
allow any food residues to dry on (see
the "Cleaning and Storage" chapter).
CLEANING AND STORAGE
Please Note!
■ Do not use any sharp or abrasive clean-
ing agents or cleaning pads to clean the
device. These may damage the surfaces.
• Wipe down the motor unit (2), the whisk
adapter (4) and the lid (5) with a damp
cloth if necessary. Do not immerse in
water or clean in the dishwasher!
• Rinse the blending attachment (1), the
blade insert (6), the whisk (7) and the
containers (3, 9) with warm water and
dish soap. Make sure that no water
gets into the contacts on the top of the
blending attachment.
• The measuring cup and the container
can also be cleaned in warm water with
detergent or in the dishwasher.
• Allow all parts to dry completely or dry
them with a tea towel before assem-
bling them or storing them away.
• Store in a cool, dry place which is pro-
tected from direct sunlight and is out of
the reach of children and animals.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If the problem cannot be solved with the
steps below, contact the customer service
department.
Do not attempt to repair an
electrical device yourself!
The device does not work.
The motor unit is not connected correctly
to the attachment.
► Correct the fit.
The battery is empty.
► Charge up the battery.
The device switches off.
There is food blocking the attachment.
► Carefully remove the blockage.
The device is overloaded because the food
to be processed is too thick.
► Add a little liquid.
The device is overloaded because it was
switched on for too long without a break.
► Pull out the mains plug and allow the
device to cool down for a few minutes.
