    1.1 Geräuschemission Erläuterung zur Geräuschemission: Der Schalldruckpegel wird entsprechend DIN 45635 entlang einer Messfläche um die Pumpe gemessen. Der Abstand zur Pumpe beträgt hier I = 1 m. Die Schallleistung kennzeichnet die Gesamtemission der Pumpe. Sie ist eine vergleichbare Größe und ist beispielsweise unabhängig vom Messabstand. Die Angabe erfolgt aufgrund der Richtlinie 2000/14/EG.

    Bei Sicherheitshinweisen, deren Nichtbeachtung Gefahren für die Maschine und deren Funktionen, sowie Schäden an der Umgebung hervorrufen kann, ist das Wort ACHTUNG eingefügt. Direkt an der Maschine angebrachte Hinweise wie z.B. – Drehrichtungspfeil – Kennzeichen für Fluidanschlüsse müssen unbedingt beachtet und in vollständig lesbarem Zustand gehalten wer- den.

    Leckagen (z.B. der Wellendichtung) gefährlicher Fördergüter (z.B. explosiv, gif- tig, heiß) müssen so abgeführt werden, dass keine Gefährdung für Personen und die Umwelt entsteht. Gesetzliche Bestimmungen sind einzuhalten. Gefährdungen durch elektrische Energie sind auszuschließen, Einzelheiten hierzu siehe z.B. in den Vorschriften des VDE und der örtlichen Energieversor- gungsunternehmen.
  • Seite 13 ACHTUNG Nur geeignete und technisch einwandfreie Hebezeuge sowie Lastaufnahmemit- tel mit ausreichender Tragkraft verwenden! Beschreibung ® Die Kunststoffpumpen der Baureihe BADU 90 sind zur Umwälzung des Schwimmbadwassers in Kombination mit einer entsprechenden Filteranlage konzipiert. Die medienberührten Kunststoffteile sind überwiegend aus glas - faserverstärktem Polypropylen PP GF 30 hergestellt und haben damit eine her- vorragende Korrosionsbeständigkeit gegenüber dem Schwimmbadwasser und den zur Wasserpflege üblichen Wasserbehandlungsmitteln.
  • Seite 14 Es ist darauf zu achten, dass genügend Platzreserve vorhanden ist, damit die Motoreinheit in Richtung Motorlüfter mind. 120 mm und das Saugsieb (143) nach oben mind. 300 mm ausgebaut werden können; siehe Angaben in der Maßzeichnung. Zur Befestigung der Pumpe sind ausschließlich Schrauben, Gewinde oder Dübel im Fundament zu verwenden, um einen Ausbau der Mo- toreinheit nicht zu blockieren.
  • Seite 15 Längere Rohrleitungen erhöhen den Widerstand und verschlechtern das An- saugverhalten. Die Gefahr der Kavitationsbildung nimmt ebenfalls zu. Es ist auf Dichtigkeit der Saugleitung zu achten, denn bei undichter Saugleitung saugt die Pumpe schlecht oder gar nicht an. Der Klarsichtdeckel muss ebenfalls dicht aufgeschraubt sein. Die Saugleitung soll so kurz wie möglich sein.
  • Seite 16 Schlüssel von oben, zwischen zwei Nocken am Gewindering (160.2) schieben (siehe Bild 1). Darauf achten, dass die Öffnungshilfe (577) unten am Gewinde- ring einrastet (Bild 2). Durch Drehen gegen den Uhrzeigersinn lösen (Bild 3) Öffnungshilfe (577) nur zum Öffnen verwenden! Bei BADU 90/25 - 90/48 die zur Pumpe gehörende Öffnungshilfe (577) benut- zen.
  • Seite 17 ACHTUNG Die Pumpe nur bei halb offenem druckseitigen Absperrorgan einschalten! Erst nach Erreichen der vollen Drehzahl dieses langsam und auf den Betriebspunkt einregeln. ACHTUNG Pumpe vor Inbetriebnahme, nach längerer Stillstands- bzw. Lagerzeit, auf Leichtgängigkeit prüfen. Hierzu einen Schraubendreher in den Schlitz am Mo- torwellenende (Lüfterseite) stecken und von Hand in Motordrehrichtung bewe- gen.

I motori sono costruiti secondo classe ISO classe F, e sulle alette esterne si possono raggiungere temperature fino a 70ºC.
