Milk module S400 R (optional)

If you want the perfect milk for your perfect coffee, the
best solution is to make sure your machine has the new
compressor refrigerator S400 R alongside it. This can
process two types of milk simultaneously as required.
Each type has a milk container with a capacity of 5 lit-
res. Naturally, it is also possible to take the milk just out
of one single, and therefore bigger, container (10 litre
capacity).
The new rinsing system ensures that the milk pipes get
the best possible care. The cleaning of the milk section
is also very easy.
To generate a good milk froth, it is important to always
use milk of the same temperature. The best results are
achieved by using chilled milk (+5°C).
