By purchasing the
device that contains a lithium-ion battery. The
service life of the battery depends mainly on the
proper care.
It is important not to expose the
excessive heat sources or store it near or on hot
surfaces. Extreme temperature fluctuations can
occur, especially in a car. For this reason, it is
recommended not to store the
vehicle.

Storage / Non-use
A device with an internal battery has a limited
storage time. This safe storage time depends on
various factors, including the ambient temperature,
the current state of the device and the charge level
of the battery.
Mended storage conditions
- Storage temperature: 10° - 30° C (50° - 86° F)
(Avoid high temperatures!)

If a device lies unused or without charging for a
longer period of time (approx. 3 months), this can
severely damage or even destroy the battery. The
battery`s performance could then be severely impaired,
or the device may only be usable to a limited extent.

It is advisable to charge the battery regularly and
to
avoid longer periods of non-use.
Usage
With normal use and a full, new battery, the device
should work for 3 to 5 days (see operating times
table) without recharging (indicated by an LED
that flashes at regular intervals), depending on the
frequency. If the device is not recharged in time, it
switches off automatically.
Do not leave the
more than approx. 3 months without recharging,
otherwise there is a risk of battery damage. It is
recommended to charge the
(e.g. weekly) and not to connect it permanently
to the charger. Although this is basically harmless,
it can accelerate the aging process of the
battery.
