Ski Montage
Now the SKI RACK is ready
for mounting the skis. The
skis are placed individually
on the brackets with the
tips facing in the direction
of travel and the binding
being placed directly be-
hind the rear bracket.
Fix each ski at the front
with the straps (4). To do
this, push the red clips (5)
onto the ski edges, enga-
ge the buckles (6) (audible
„click") and retighten the
straps.
The ends of the straps
are equipped with anot-
her buckle (7) that can be
used to tighten the skis
together for an even more
stable fit.
PLEASE NOTE: Cross-
country skis are easier and
more stable to mount due
to their high pre-tension if
the ski ends are held toge-
ther with a ski fixture.
You can place the ski
poles on the skis with the
handles facing forward and
attach them to the front
bracket with the click-to-
gether (7) strap ends. At
the back they are fixed to-
gether with the skis. Here
too, make sure that the
buckle (10) (audible „click")
engage securely.
Make sure that the handle-
bar can be rotated freely
and if necessary, move the
skis backwards.
Always check that the skis
are securely held before
you set off!
