above 40°C, this can damage the battery.
● Do not expose the battery to high temperatures or strong
sunlight for long periods.
● The battery will get hot during long periods of use. Allow it to
cool before charging.
● Never short-circuit the battery terminals.
● The battery must be packed in a plastic bag or box, or the
battery terminals sealed, before transport or storage and
before waste disposal of the battery.
2.4 Safety instructions for battery charger
Warning! Read all the instructions and safety instruc-
tions carefully before use. Failure to follow all the instructions
below can result in the risk of electric shock, fire and/or
serious personal injury.
● Only charge lithium batteries, and only one battery at once.
Other types of batteries can crack and cause personal
injury and material damage.
● Do not charge outdoors or in damp conditions. There is an
increased risk of electric shock if water gets into the charger.
