Description
The UTC Fire & Security SOB708 Supervised Output Module
provides eight supervised relay outputs for compatible control
panels.
Installation
Caution:
Ensure that the power to the bus has been
disconnected before inserting the module.
Installing the module
Installation and configuration procedures vary depending on
the host system. Refer to your control panel installation manual
for more information.
Connecting the module
Supervised outputs are connected to outputs 1 to 8 (see Figure
1, item 1

A 5.6 kΩ (1/4 W) end-of-line resistor is supplied to terminate
each supervised output.
Module operation
Prior to activation, this module needs to be programmed. Refer
to your control panel installation manual for more information.
